I am a caregiver now. I was an Italian cook from 1980 to 1992. I have 2 great kids and 4 grandkids. I like to change things up. I like trying new things. My Daughter does alot of Mexican food. I do gourmet and try new things on the grandkids. I am doing foods from Inda now. Learning how to peel a beef tounge I put greens in my washer to clean them. Mind you I had bleach it out good. It held the whole case. My father was impressed I got all the sand out. Today he still tells the story.
