Chicken Tikka Masala
So good! I made it according to the notes someone else had left in their comments. Basically doubling a lot of it to have extra sauce. Its a good thing I did, it didn't feel like there was much covering the chicken as it was! I also kept out most of the salt as was suggested and added garam masala to both the marinade and the sauce. There was one taste that I couldn't identify that I would lessen next time around, but can't say exactly what it was. The meal was a hit with the family though.
