Found them to be very bland and not chocolaty enough. Not a bad cookie over all just might need adjustments.

Simple White Cake
I made this for my first ever paying client and it went over extremely well! I'm about to bake 3 cakes with it for another gig! I've got to try out the gluten-free way for myself sometime too.
