Ground Beef Wellington
Because of what I had in my kitchen I used the suggestion of another to use Cream of Mushroom Soup instead of 1/2 and 1/2. I also used a can of mushrooms instead of fresh! Turned out wonderful and there were no left-overs! The entire family loved it!

Bologna Salad Sandwich Spread I
It's a classic! I used all the same ingredients and followed your reccomendation of adding for taste. I didn't have a meat grinder either, so I used my quickchef. I think an electric blender would work too. Thanks!

Mexican Pizza II
I was a little nervous about not pre-baking the tortillas first, but always like to try the recipes as written first! The recipe was great just as written!!! I did like many others and served up the toppings in separate bowls so they could add what they liked! This will definitely be made again!!!
