My husband and I sold our businesses and moved to Dallas for a job opportunity he just couldn't pass up. Since I am currently not working, I'm becoming acquainted with the "house-wife" profession. I have to say a new cooking hobby has been born out of this whole experience and for the first time in my life I'm actually enjoying it. I'm the type of gal who prefers to eat rather than cook. I like anything made with beans and cheese...easy and always good :) Otherwise, my favorite dish is lemon chicken piccata served with wild grain rice, sauteed zucchini, wild green salad, and some fresh garlic bread. YUMMEEZ! I made my first pot roast last month and my husband and sister-in-law LOVED IT...I'm always very self-conscious about how my creations taste, so when the family approves, I'm happy.
