Just another Italian boy that learned to cook from his Momma, and then branched out to more international cuisine. This is a tough question, as I love to cook, but now I have slowed down a bit as it is just me, and I tend to cook too much. I suppose in the past and still today one of my favorite dishes would be Eggplant Parmigiana, and I still get rave reviews on my Linguine with Clams, in my special signature Alfredo sauce. Making what my family named " Ham Things" or Panzarotti to be correct. I will always have a place in my heart, or should I say Stomach, for these delicious meals in a bread bun. Panzarotti, it's not just for breakfast anymore. Anytime I try something new and it comes out edible. Too many to list. OK ill admit it....I burnt one of my good saute pans browning hamburger crumbs ......That's right I admitted it.
