Swedish Meatballs I

Very delicious and much easier than the recipe I had been using for a long time. My husband and friend said it needed me flavor... I will work on that next time I make it.

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

This is great! I followed the recipe exactly (minus the nuts) and I added a tsp of cinnamon and it's SO yummy and the perfect texture. I will use this recipe as a base for other flavors since it's so easy (no taking the temperature and evaporated milk is much cheaper than sweetened condensed milk!).

Pumpkin Fudge

I love this! It's delicious and doable. I will probably use this one every year now. Stirring for 18 minutes is not my favorite thing, but the result is really yummy. The only adjustment I made was to add a 1/4 tsp each of clove and nutmeg.

Bavarian Mint Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
While I appreciate the simplicity of this recipe, I don't think I will use it again. The melting of the chocolate was awkward (it's always much easier with more "liquid" in it) and pouring the thick chocolate into the sweetened condensed milk caused it to be really thick and sticky too fast. I'm more likely to use a plane chocolate fudge recipe and simply add peppermint extract next time.
