Chicken Korma II
This was a very tasty and easy dish that I will make again. I did make some changes, however. I added 1 cup of diced potatoes and 1 cup of chopped carrots because I wanted a one dish meal. I would have added peas if I had them. I like a lot of sauce so I increased the broth to 2 cups. I used half and half instead of cream and put in 1 cup half and half and 1 cup of yogurt. I served it all over steamed rice. Yummy!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
Fabulous flavor and extremely easy to make! My 5 yr old son and husband both loved this stew. I did make a few changes based on flavor preferences. I added peas and my son does not like celery so I omitted that.I also served the stew over mashed potatoes so I didn't add potatoes to the pot. Excellent and will make again and again (by request).

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
These were delicious!! Here's what I did: added another cup of white sugar for 2 1/2 cups total; added another teaspoon of vanilla extract. Roll these cookies thinner for a crispy cookie and thicker for a chewier cookie. Take out of the oven when the edges just start to brown. My husband loved these without frosting but I frosted many of the cookies with the following recipe: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 4 cups confectioners sugar, 1 tsp lemon extract and enough milk to whip up a creamy frosting. Then my 5 yo son and I dyed the frosting different colors and decorated Christmas cookies. EXCELLENT flavor much better than store bought. Took to a holiday party and everybody raved. Good luck!
