I'm a Christian, married to my best friend for 40+ years, mother of two wonderful adults, grandmother to three of the smartest, cutest kids ever, retired lab tech, cancer survivor. I love to invite my husband's large family to a nice family style dinner, usually spaghetti and meatballs with homemade yeast rolls and a special dessert. My mother is a fantastic cook who got me started cooking as a child. She's still passing on great recipes and is a tough act to follow! Chicken Tortilla Soup, turkey noodle soup, meatballs, most things I make are routine though... Early in our marriage, when I didnt have allthe right bakeware, my hasband had to get ridf of a couple of fiascos by burying them in the back yard of our apartment. One I vividly remember was deep dish pizza. lol
