Blueberry Flax Pancakes
Deliciious! I used more milk since I used whole wheat pancake mix. These are very good!

Spinach and Potato Frittata
Sooooo Good! I took other reviewers advice and added basil while cooking potatoes. I also topped with fetta cheese which was DELICIOUS!!! LOVED this recipe.. will make again and again!! Thanks!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
This was excellent! I followed the tips of the milk versus heavy cream. I also sauted carrots, celery and onions. Being that I didn't have a seasoning packet, I added Herbs de Province, oregano, thyme and rosemary as well as several other seasonings. Delicious!
