Cathy's Banana Bread
I'm not sure i was meant to make this bread today. I didn't have enough sour cream and my baking skills were all off but somehow this banana bread turned out soooo good it's ridiculous! I had about 3/4 of the sour cream for this recipe and used 2 mashed bananas. While it was baking it looked like it was done so i took it out. gave it a gentle tap on the top and it seemed ok. Came back(about a 1/2 hour later) and the whole top was sunk in!!! lol i didn't know what to do so i threw it back in the oven and prayed for a miracle. I think you can do so much with this recipe and it will still turn out delicious! You just can't go wrong with this one even if your game is off!

Cake Balls
These were awesome! I used a supreme lemon cake mix with lemon frosting and a white chocolate coating. After dipping the balls into the chocolate i rolled them in coconut. Everyone loved these little suckers and i will be making them all the time.

Classic Tiramisu
I made this for dessert on Christmas Eve to be eaten Christmas day. I used 1 1/2 cups of mascarpone cheese as someone suggested and alls i could find were the crunchy lady fingers. They worked perfectly. I also used 1/2 c. water and 2 TBLS of instant coffee and 1/2 c. coffee liqueur mixed, rolled the lady fingers in the mixture to soak for a few seconds then lined the pan. (I did not have a problem with chewy lady fingers.) I also didn't have a bar of semisweet chocolate so used some chocolate chunk chips i had left over, put them in a food processor to crumble and this worked really well for the topping. Thank you for this recipe! It was perfect!
