Best Roast I've ever made Thanks to this recipe!! I used a 4lb rib-eye (special occasion) was not shy at all with the salt, pepper and minced garlic. Followed the heating directions all the way up til the last hour, I did turn the heat up to 120 for about 15 mins as the outside of my over was really cooling down. It was PERFECTION!!
