Best Roast I've ever made Thanks to this recipe!! I used a 4lb rib-eye (special occasion) was not shy at all with the salt, pepper and minced garlic. Followed the heating directions all the way up til the last hour, I did turn the heat up to 120 for about 15 mins as the outside of my over was really cooling down. It was PERFECTION!!

We are living in Sicily right now and love the simplicity of the Sicilians pasta dishes we've had here. I tried this last night and it was a HUGH hit with my "Not to easy to please" family!

I hardly ever make meatloaf as it's not a big favorite for my family or as I found out last night it was MY meatloaf that wasn't such a winner. I made this exactly as per recipe (only with the brown sugar and ketchup on top. Everyone one was VERY happy with it except our dog Boo... sadly there was none left for him! Delicious!
