Hi my name is Shala! I have three children that are always up for giving me a new take on life. I work full time and tring to finish college. Therefore I have little time for cooking these days! I love a good dish that can be done in a snap or made a head of time. I love to bake, its easier with kids they help the throw it all together and then in the oven and I now have time to pick up what ever mess they started in the process. I love cooking on the stove but sometimes the kids need help and I have to walk away that could lead to all kinds of things!! my family has always made their own noodles. So now I really prefer homemade to boxed and people I think I am crazy! It's really easy to make noodles of any kind. my friends now show up at my house with flour and eggs and ask me to make them noodle s for there own meals!! The Pumpkin Roll. I won't ever forget the first time I ever cooked.. I was like 12 or 13 and I tried to make Hamburger Helper and I burnt it. I was so upset!! But my parents tooks us all out to dinner in the end!!!
