Carrot and Raisin Salad II
It was a little too moist for me. Kind of mushy. However, the flavor was wonderful. Next time I'll just add more carrots to get a texture I like better.

Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Elk Backstrap
Excellent recipe. I'm very new to cooking/eating elk, and this is something I can do easily. I served it with carrot salad and rolls, and it was a great summer meal.
