Baked Potato Soup
Fantastic! This recipe had so much rich flavor. The only things I did differently (because of what I had on hand) was replace the bacon grease with 4 tbsp of butter and use 2 cans of chicken broth. I used 4 tbsp flour and 1/2 tsp of basil, as recommended in previous reviews. I should have tripled this recipe! It is so yummy!
