Rosemary Roasted Turkey
We made this for Thanksgiving, and now I'm going to use this recipe again for Christmas. We were surprised at how moist it was without any need for basting!

Peppermint Biscotti
Although they taste good,they burn more easily due to the candy. Next time I won't try crushing candy canes to do this. I'd use those starlight mints.

Almond Cherry Biscotti
This was my first attempt at baking biscotti, & these are delicious! My second batch is baking as I type! I can't wait to give them as gifts. I did use some extra flour as I rolled the dough into quarters(I doubled the recipe ,& I baked it on parchment as recommended by others.
