Crab Pasta Salad
I used a can of real crab claw meat, and creamy balsamic vinegar, because it was what I had on hand. I also didn't have peppers or broccoli, so I chopped up some asparagus instead. I used lots of dill, garlic salt, and lemon pepper for flavor. The basic recipe was helpful as a starting point; very easy to modify and make it my own with what I had on hand. Came out very yummy.

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins
Excellent recipe. I took others suggestion and used 1/2 cup of sugar- seemed just fine. I also added a teaspoon of vanilla and stirred in probably a tablespoon of cinnamon. I made half plain and half with mini chocolate chips. Very yummy- my son and dad actually thought they were chocolate chip muffins, they couldn't taste the banana- it's subtle- so if you want a more "banana" taste, maybe add an extra banana.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
FANTASTIC recipe! Everyone loved it and had seconds- including my son and nephews! I substituted kale for spinach as others suggested- my husband asked why the "spinach tasted so good" in it- the kale really retained a nice fresh flavor and crispness. I substituted some cut up proscuitto ham both times I made it- didn't have any bacon. It add some nice flavor and texture- I could really take it or leave it though- the soup stand fine on its own without it. The first time I made it, I used ruby gold potatoes, the second time I used russet- both cooked just fine. My husband took leftovers to work and said at least 3 co-workers asked him to have me pass on the recipe! I told him to have them check it out on this site!
