I'm a mother of 4, three beautiful girls, and one extremely handsome baby boy. I've never enjoyed cooking, there have always been other things that I enjoyed doing. Cooking, to me (until recently), was throwing some canned items in a dish and making a casserole. However, I'm currently a SAHM, so, to spend my time productively, I've gotten into cooking. And, I'm really enjoying it, which was a huge surprise!!!!! I'm actually kind of good at it, which was an even bigger surprise! I love southern comfort food, being originally from TN. I would love to make some good Italian meals and I want to try Indian and Thai. I don't usually cook with definite recipes, so sharing mine is going to be difficult, but I'll try. My family cooks good Southern food and I enjoy attempting to make those same meals for my kids, but no so fatty.
