Great recipe. Made a bed of lettuce with shredded carrots, celery, radishes, cucumber and black olives. Then topped the whole thing with a scoop of the Tuna Salad. Made a healthy and filling dinner for hubby and me.

Grandma's Polish Perogies

Well, this recipe sounds great!! Something must be wrong with how I'm making the dough. I followed the measurements exactly and double checked them. It was like working with a huge rubber band. I managed to use half of the dough and froze the other half until I could write this review and ask for Help!! I put the ones I made in the freezer since tonight is pizza night. I look forward to having them for dinner tomorrow.

Best Lemonade Ever

Fantastic!! Cut the sugar to 3/4 cup but that's to everyone's own taste. I like my lemonade tart. Best lemonade ever.

Mama's Balsamic Vinaigrette

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Best pizza crust I've found yet and I've been looking for years. I did bake it a few minutes before putting on the sauce and toppings to keep it from getting soggy in the middle. Worked great. No more store bought pizzas for this family. Everyone likes homemade much better. Thanks Jay!!

Simple Maple Syrup

Pineapple Banana Bread

Wonderful banana bread. So very moist. My husband and I couldn't stop eating it. We kept saying, "just one more slice". We had to laugh when it was all gone in one sitting. I did add some walnuts.

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread

Soooo Good!! Recipe is just perfect the way it is. My neighbor always gives us zucchini from her garden. I'll be making this many times this summer and freezing the loaves for next winter. What a treat. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Cabbage Rolls II

The flavor was wonderful and we enjoyed stuffing ourselves right down to the design on our plates. However, since cooking is not one of my favorite things to do I found making the cabbage rolls difficult. The filling kept falling out because the cooked leaves would tear. Very frustrating!!! Told my husband enjoy these because I won't be making them again. In spite of my short comings the recipe is great.

Ground Turkey Casserole

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

My husband, neighbors and their families all just loved it. I did use balsamic vinegar and added thinly sliced red onion, walnuts and cubed swiss cheese. Will make this many times during the summer.
