Oven Baked Jambalaya
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. mY MISTAKE WAS NOT PUTTING FOIL OVER THE TOP WHILE IN OVEN. SO ALL THE RICE DIDN'T COOK, BUT IT WAS STILL PERFECT
