A definite crowd pleaser. My husband said there was too much saukerat but I thought it was just perfect. I bought corned beef from the deli and cubed it. The dip was easy and fantastic.

This salad is as good as it looks! I thought the dressing would taste too much like mayo but it was perfect. This is a great summer/party salad.

This dish was a big hit at our house. My 4 year old said it was the "best dinner in the whole world!" It is super easy and a great alternative to taco's. Also a definite kid and husband pleaser. I added onion to the ground meat when cooking and used baked tortilla chips on top. The addition of chopped lettuce would be great after cooking. Overall a great recipe!
