Greek Lemon Chicken Soup
This is the second time I've made this soup, the first time I followed the recipe exactly, and my family and I liked it BUT it was very salty and too chunky. So this time I tweaked it slightly. I used half a bullion cube in place of the chicken soup base. I also used orzo in place of rice, and omitted the celery. With the celery, onion and carrots it makes the soup too "chunky" but other than that it is a wonderful recipe.

Red Pepper Soup
This is now one of my favorite soups! The only thing I did differently was roasted the peppers first. All I did was cut the peppers in half and put them under the broiler for about 20 minutes. I peeled the skin off after they cooled. It's so easy and you don't have to strain it afterward.

Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls
Although I am not a big fan of these, I make them for my family and they love them. If you like peanut butter and chocolate this a great choice. The only thing I changed is that I omitted the shortening and it turned out just fine.
