My favorite things to cook

I love to try new things! My husband will eat anything so it's easy for my to try anything. I am known for making tons of candy though. I love giving plates of candy for Christmas.

My favorite family cooking traditions

Every Thanksgiving my entire family comes to my house. Between 30 to 40 people show up. And I love every minute of it! I spend plenty of time in the kitchen, but it is well worth it!

Mom's Rum Cake

I'm not going to rate this recipe from my own taste buds because apparently I don't like rum at all. My husband on the other hand does and he said it was extremely good! Finding out I wasn't a fan of rum was a big bummer because it looked wonderful! Thank you for giving my husband's tastebuds a real treat!
