Yuummmmy! I didn't have chicken broth on hand so I used 1 can of cream of chicken, and one can of cream of mushroom. I added some cooked potatoes and bacon with some cheddar cheese on top. Quick and easy to make.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

My Fiance loved it, but I wasn't very wow-ed by it. Like other raters said, it is a great base recipe. Just not my cup of tea. Very easy to make though.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Yummyy, Very easy to roll out, cut out, and put on cookie sheet. I kept the sugar as is because my boyfriend is diabetic, and it still was delicious!

Banana Muffins II

I just finished making these muffins and they are so good! I put two eggs instead of one by accident, but I don't notice anything catastrophic. I also cut down on the sugar. It has very good banana flavor! I also added the tsp vanilla, cinnamon, and a bit of nutmeg. Thanks for the recipe, I'm going to have another!

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole

This is a good base recipe. I messed around with it a bit though. 1. I sprayed the bottom of the casserole with cooking spray. I mixed (bowtie) pasta in with spinach and cheese. 2. Instead of putting bread crumbs in with the pasta I made a bread crumb topping by mixing premade bread crumbs with cheese and sprinkling it over the top for a crunchy crust. 3. i also kicked up my sauce up by adding extra herbs. Very good recipie, I'll make it again! Very yummy!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Wow!! What an awesome cake. I used chocolate cake mix instead of vanilla, and I still used the vanilla pudding mix. It was sooo good. You can't go wrong with chocolate and Bailey's right?? I also did the icing procedure of putting the icing back in the pan and putting the cake back in the pan. My cake got kinda stuck, maybe I didn't greese it enough.. oh well, it still came out awesome. I will def. make this again for st.patty's day!! I'm excited to serve it!

Regular Crepes

Very simple, elegant, and light crepe recipe. I put some Nutella inside and topped with powdered sugar! Tasted just like the Nutella crepes I had in Italy!

Sweet-Potato Muffins

I had some extra sweet potatoes left over so I thought I would try something different with them. I found this recipe and made them for my boyfriend and he and I looooved them! Very easy and fun to make. Mine came out kinda dense, but that's how I like my muffins anyways. I also used applesauce instead of oil. If you do substitute applesauce for oil, be sure to grease the muffin pan. Great recipe!
