Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese

Turned out nice-everyone liked-even kids. We enjoyed fresh and full (but not too thick) sprouts and added a dash of bacon (Hormel) for flavoring.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Used barbecue sauce instead of ketchup and made a slight difference. Precooking essential. I also put back in the oven after slow cooker just to seal the glaze. Will make over & over again.

Tilapia with Creamy Sauce

This was fantastic! Creamy sauce was perfect. Even after baking, there was no fishy smell throughout the house - a big plus for us!

Oven Fried Chicken IV

Would definitely use on chicken breasts only and cook much less time. Has a nice flavor. Very crunchy using last of the Special K cereal.

Steaks with Crab Sauce

Overall a different type of sauce for meat. Needs a little more cornstarch to thicken and horseradish sauce for spice a bit.

Beef Noodle Bake

Definitely tasted like hamburger helper without the excess salt. Pretty creamy. Not bad if you've got nothing else but ground beef and don't want hamburgers or meat loaf.

For those who don't like cauliflower, this is the recipe. The flavoring combo of mayo & mustard is fantastic, but mix a little extra. Instead of dabbing with margarine/butter, you can also use butter spray over the top before baking (it's much more even than dabs).
