I'm a 21 year old New England Culinary Institute(NECI) graduate and current student at University of Southern Maine. I love food. I will always love food. It's one of those things that has a universal bond between all of us. Everyone eats. I am eager to learn new cuisines, taste new ingredients, and watch other people make their food. I hope to one day open two eateries: A Mexican taqueria and a European style bakery.

I don't discriminate. However, I get the most satifaction out of baking a perfect loaf of bread or making a moist cake.

My cooking triumphs
My great grandmother's recipe for her meatballs has made me pretty popular. Any dish that comes out perfectly is a personal triumph.

I don't think I've miserably failed at anything. If I did, I redeemed myself by trying again and making it better.
