OK, so these had the potential to be really great, but for my family and I, the butter was overpowering! We made it according to the recipes, but the end result just tasted of butter! Granted, I could taste the toffee after a while, but it seemed to just coat my mouth, which is not something I truly enjoyed. If I were going to make this again, I would probably just use a traditional graham cracker crust, hopefully to cut down on the severity of the butter. 3.5 stars.

OK, I was honestly apprehensive when I came across this recipe. I was expecting some sort of truffle like creation by the name, and when I read about the Vanilla Wafers, I was put off. I could not have been more wrong. It was easy to make, and after letting them sit, they were an absolute joy! If I were to change anything, it would be adding more rum, because it was just more of a background note in the balls we made. Other than that, these will definitely be a staple in my recipes box! 4.5 stars.

Not too difficult of a recipe, and if you love biscotti, you will enjoy these! The batter was sticky, and forming it was a little difficult because it kept wanting to spread out across the pan. And when I put it in the oven I thought it was ruined because it began to spread out! But, it did not go too far, just enough to slightly burn the edges before being cooked completely in the middle. I fixed it by cutting the edges off once out of the oven. After they were baked again, and cooled off, they were a delicious treat, and great with my coffee the next morning. A little stressful at the beginning, but overall, a tasty treat! 4 stars.

Now this is a salad. I make the dressing the day before, and put in on right before I am about to serve it. Great for banquets (or food competitions at work; Believe me, you will win!) Just follow the recipe exactly, or toast the almonds before tossing them in for added flavor. Believe me, you will be asked for this recipe as soon as they take a bite! 5 stars.

Wow! What a fabulous spin on the "traditional" pasta salad. This will be a sure fire hit for any summer get-together! I made it according to the recipe, but when I was at the deli, I asked my butcher to cut the salami and pepperoni into 1/2 inch slices, and the Asiago cheese into 1/3 inch slices. Then, when I went home to chop it, I made sure to have bite size pieces. That way my guests would get delicious chunks of meat and vegetables making it a hearty pasta salad, and boosted the presentation points through the roof! I will definitely be making this at all of my summer picnics! 5 Stars

Great for a company party, and sure to be liked by most. My only complaint is that it was really dense, but not in a way that made it desirable. I mean that it was sort of syrupy, the chocolate pudding to be more specific. I will definitely be making homemade pudding next time, or lightening it up with homemade whipped cream, which I also recommend for this recipe. Overall, I think most people will enjoy this, just not really my thing!

Great recipe for your traditional gingerbread. The dough was durable enough to cut out our men, and after they baked, were still durable to decorate without damage. That was a concern of mine. After we decorated, we enjoyed a few, and they were moist and flavorful. We made two dozen and donated them to the local Retirement home which really brought a smile to everyone's face. I mean, who doesn't enjoy a gingerbread man for the holidays?

OH MY! These cookies are delicious! They went to the top of my list in a heartbeat! I made them according to the recipes, but added a little more chips (because you can never have TO much, am I right?). They came out beautifully, and were wonderfully right off of the tray, and even the next day. One thing to note: Be careful not to over-bake, which may be easy because they never really looked "done". 8 minutes is perfect for those who like their cookies with a little gooeyness. You must try this recipe! 5 stars.
