This recipe worked very well for me. I had to substitute whole wheat pastry flour for the all-purpose flour, because that's all I had on hand, but the pancakes were still delicious with a good texture.

These cookies turned out wonderfully! Following some of the other reviews, I baked them for about 8 minutes. They didn't come out quite as soft as I expected even with the shorter baking time, but I think it's because I made the cookies smaller than the recipe intended -- I doubled the recipe and ended up with around 90 cookies. I also had a bit of trouble with the cookies sticking to the baking sheet, but by using a thin spatula and being a little more careful than usual, I only had 4 or 5 that fell apart on me.
