Sugar Coated Pecans
Just delicious! Following other reviewers I used two egg whites, two teaspoons of water and one teaspoon of vanilla. I'm always looking for the quickest, easiest method so after adding the pecans to the egg whites I just dumped the sugar mixture into the bowl, mixed thoroughly and spread them on a baking sheet. They turned out perfect and no wasting zip lock bags.
