Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

The meat was very juicy but i didnt care for picking around all those bones. The lemon in the sauce had a bite to it and was greasy. Probably will not make again but the presentation was beautiful.

Pizza Pasta

Very delish for a different use of spaghetti sauce. I love adding other things like green olives, green peppers, mushrooms, basically anything you want on a pizza works well with this dish!

Manicotti Italian Casserole

We really enjoy this. It's like pizza pasta. You basically use what you want on a pizza but with spaghetti sauce and noodles. I use pork and green pepper and olives it in too. Turns out great!

Brown Sugar Smokies

This was good. Take the advice from other users on substitutions and other changes to make. I thickened up the sauce quite a bit. GREAT!
