Cranberry Sauce Extraordinaire

This would make an excellent pie filling! Did a double batch, some for work and some for Turkey day and still had over half leftover. Froze the remainder for Christmas.

PHILADELPHIA Tuscan Dip

Nice change to the usual veggie dips. I did add a clove of garlic and used dried sundried tomatoes instead of the ones packed in oil. This does make more of a spread and not a dip though. Great on toasted italian bread too.

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

It doesn't get much better than this. OR EASIER! This was such a great time saving recipe that turned out to be extremely delicious. I added diced avocado to the bottom of my bowl before serving and left some of the beans and salsa un-blended for a chunkier soup.

This was tastey and soooo easy! I used crumbled goat cheese instead of feta, because that's what I had. Also served italian sausage on side Will make again!

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

Great recipe, although I must admit I accidentally didn't follow the instructions properly. I had read that people said there was too much butter so I sauteed only 1/2c butter, the garlic, stems, and half an onion, then added it to the stuffing, cream cheese, and crab mixture. They were such a big hit at a recent party that I am going to jot down my accidental revisions and keep this one!

Excellent recipe! Followed recommendations and cut cream and oil and added bread crumbs to oats. Also dipped chops first in breading, then cream, then back to breading.

FABULOUS!!! I substituted an organic baby romain blend for the iceberg and goat cheese for the swiss. It was perfect. Only used half the dressing though. Guess I'll have more salads this week! Yum!!

I took the advise of others and cut the amount of mushrooms; One pound is really too much. I also made with regular cream of mushroom soup and one less clove of garlic. Everyone ate it up.
