Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

I loved this recipe. I doubled the sauce, and used raspberry blush basalmic vinegar as opposed to white wine vinegar. I also breaded the pork chops along with the herbs as well. very good recipe.

Classic Creamy Coleslaw

I like coleslaw, but this one left something to be desired. I did not like the texture of the celery seeds in it. will keep looking for a coleslaw recipe.

Crispy Orange Beef

I found that I needed to double the cornstarch in order to get an even coat on the meat. in addition. make sure you have a thermometer so you can keep the oil around 350 degrees otherwise, very good.

Lemon Cheesecake Squares

These were good, but not much raspberry. next time 'i would double the amount of raspberry jam, and let the crust cool a bit before putting the layers together.

these are fantastic. I followed GOURMETMOMMY recommendation to double the eggs, lemon juice, and flour, and they turned out great. I have been wanting lemon bars for a few days now, and these hit the spot.

Butter Schnitzel

this was decent, but not something to rave over. I have made this twice, and the mushroom butter sauce has yet to turn out correctly, and turns out to be more of a gloop than a sauce. will keep to my original schnitzel recipe.

Sweet and Sour Pork III

This was very good, but perhaps more difficult than other sweet and sour recipes. The taste is amazing, and needed no changes. This recipe demands attention when you make it, so try not to multi task.

Spinach Enchiladas

Were definitely good, and was surprised at how easy they were. The only trouble I had was I didn't heat the tortillas up enough to really roll. otherwise they were very good.

the sauce was very runny, and would of been better if I had drained it out and added cornstarch to make a gravy. will try this next time.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Was ok, but definitely needed a bit of help to kick it up a bit. I added crushed red pepper and cyan pepper to taste, and it definitely did the trick.

Shepherd's Pie VI

very good. I have never been a fan of Shepherds pie, but this one is good. it isn't over powered with tomatoes. the one thing I changed is I didn't mash the carrots, just sliced and boiled them till they were done, used instant potatoes, and added peas.

Flatlander Chili

very good chili, and makes a lot too. followed the suggestion to leave out the tomato juice, and to use a large can of diced tomatoes instead. Also doubled up on the vegetables and cooked for about 4 hours, and had amusement park cornbread with it.

Amusement Park Cornbread

cooking time seems to be a bit off, but after it was done, it was very good. the first time I made it, I used a glass baking pan, and the second time I used a cast iron pan. Definitely dose better baked in the cast iron skillet.

Mexican Casserole

Very tasty and easy. used taco seasoning instead of Chili powder. Next time will cook an onion with the meat to see if it adds more flavor

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Cut the chicken into bit sized pieces and served on thin spaghetti. It was very good, and the vinegar flavor was nice and not overpowering. definitely a keeper.
