I think it would have been great...but after I had it almost prepared I realized I didn't have velvetta cheese. So since I was starving I added shredded cheese, it was too dry and had no flavor so I added a little ranch dressing. I ended up with a cheesy chicken ranch dish!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

This is how my dad taught me to make peanut butter cookies! You can use splenda also and the taste is still outstanding. We often like to add a Hersheys Kiss in the middle as it cools and the chocolate melts in your mouth! Also have added oatmeal in the mix which also makes for a nice flavoring.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Turned out too creamy with way too much garlic. Maybe next time I will use more potatoes and less garlic

Warm Corn Salad

AMAZING! However it was winter when I prepared this so fresh corn wasn't easily found. I used two cans of corn drained and rinsed! Corn has always been a blah side dish in my family now everyone loves it prepared in this way! Thank you for the recipe.
