I love food so naturaly I love to cook. I love trying new things and different techniques that is why I love this great site there are so many traditions my grandmother has been putting together a family cookbook for years right now were at about 5,000 recipes so many we can only access it on the computer My specialty is cobblers and desserts I find that if I'm having fun and I have a huge mess while I'm working up something good then nine times out of ten it will turn out. not too many that I can recall maybe I choose to forget I do remember one time I had made this wonderfull peach cobbler in a round pie plate not only did it make a huge spill in my oven but when I pulled it out it was so heavy that it slipped from my pot holder and splattered over my entire kitchen I was very dissapointed
