This recipe was very fast and easy! I made only a few slight changes, just for preference, I added mushrooms and a can of diced tomatoes, drained. I also mixed in some of the cheese and used penne pasta in place of the egg noodles. I think any short cut pasta will taste fine. My husband loved this recipe. The second time I made it, I doubled the amount. After making this a few times, I used a similar technique and mixed pasta, cheese, pizza sauce, ham and pineapple for a Hawaiian casserole. YUM!
