Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
This recipe serves a purpose of being a quick cookie to throw together. However, I thought it was bland, and lacked character.

Sweet Potato Casserole II
I am giving this just two stars b/c I altered it and the fam liked it my way. I omitted almost half the sugar and a bit of the marshmallows, too. I also added nutmeg and ginger. Original recipe would have been waaay too sweet. I have two children and it went over very well at the dinner table.
