I am 29 and live in Portland, Maine. I love to cook and I love to eat. I love root vegetables and pasta. Not necessarily together. Frying the eggs in the bacon grease on Christmas morning. I'm proud of the fact that I can manipulate friends into coming over to my house with the promise of food (great when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to leave the house). I tend to over salt pasta water..I like the pasta to taste salty, but sometimes I go overboard.
