About this Cook
I work full time so I don't always have the energy to cook in the evening and those are the days a slow cooker is my best friend. I love to cook for people and seeing them enjoy a meal or bringing baked stuff to work - I work with all women and they love to eat!
My favorite things to cook
My family loves pasta so I cook alot of chicken recipes with pasta - my daughter loves "country" food like black eyed peas and biscuits and chicken and dumplings so I do that for her - I love to cook on the grill, too - I'll cook anything except a recipe that calls for yeast - I don't do yeast - it never works for me! I love to bake when the kids are home...
My favorite family cooking traditions
The only tradition that we have is that I make Italian sausage subs on Christmas Eve. My husband is Polish/Italian and his mother made them every Christmas Eve for her family so we've carried that on, too.

Chicken Wilson
I cannot understand why anyone would put canned soup on a great recipe like this and say it was better than originally submitted why don't you just go to Campbell's.com and look for recipes there

Rolled Flank Steak
The flavor was excellent but there was no way I could use all that cheese - used about half of it...the meat was so piled up with the filling that I couldn't roll it so I just kind of pulled the edges together and tied it at intervals - marinated the steak in my Mom's marinade which I put on this site and poured leftover marinade on top before baking and basted with it during - everyone LOVED it!
