Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Tastes great and is very easy! (just need to remember that you want to make this 8 hours ahead of time!) This is an excellent alternative to the pre-marinaded/packaged pork tenderloin. It tastes better and you know what is in it!

Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip
This is a great, easy recipe for classic spinach artichoke dip. I used Classico jarred Alfredo sauce in the recipe and I served it with pita chips. We didn't finish it but it reheated well the following day.

Oranged Cranberry Sauce
This is the first cranberry sauce I ever made from scratch and I will never go back! Served this with a turkey on Christmas and everyone really liked it. I agree with other reviewers that this needed about two hours to cook down -- but I might have added too much water at the beginning -- the cranberries floated, so I wasn't sure how much to add to "cover". But it was easy to make as long as you budget the extra time for cooking down -- and it tastes really good!
