This was soooo good! I followed the rscipe pretty closely - except mixing the butter & mayo, as that seemed the easier thing to do. My husband said it was ok, but he is really picky, so "ok" is edible! I am going to make this again, but try substituting the mayo for ranch dressing next time (as some others suggested).

This was really good! I used boneless/skinless breasts instead & the meat was so tender it basically crumpled right off. I think I may have over-did the BBQ sauce, but it was still yummy! I will just tone it down the next time I make it. Plus ...it was so easy - barely any prep time - perfect for an on-the-go mom!

I combined some ingredients from other reviews to make this (and left a few out). Not quite what I expected, but it was good. My finicky husband (who is worse than my toddler) scarfed it down. He thought it taste similar to augratin potatos. We also cubed the porkchops. Not one of my favorites, but not bad tasting -- we will fit it into the monthly rotation.
