Mexican Rice II
I had never cooked "real" rice before, but it definitely takes longer than 20-25 minutes. It took over an hour for the rice to cook. It missed dinner, but everyone tasted it when it was done and loved it. The recipe is very good. I doubled the recipe and added tomato boullion in place of tomato sauce and it was really good. We'll definitely be keeping it with our enchiladas!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
This chili is perfect for a fast dinner & tastes like it cooked for a few hours!!! Everyone loved it!! I did use hot salsa and added regular chili powder to the mix. SO GOOD!!! =)

Stuffed Flank Steak
AMAZING! I'm giving this one 5 stars because there was nothing that needed to be changed! Both my boyfriend and I love this recipe! We ate it for the next 2 days as left overs and wished we had more! Thanks for the recipe!
