I made this today, as I like the flavor of buttermilk in baking. This is amazingly good. I plan to make a Fresh Blackberry compote to top this wonderful pound cake. A fresh dolop of whipped cream and I'll think I am in heaven. Thank you for such a special treat.

Green Risotto with Fava Beans

I got fresh fava's from the farmers market and tried this and WOW... it was awesome.Some of the very best recipes do take time and this was worth every minuate.Thanks for a great lunch.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

OMG...This is heaven.I used 70% dark chocolate and wow...This could be on a fancy dessert menu anywhere. Great job and thanks so much for sharing.

Fresh Pear Cake

Wonderful Winter cake. I used a 9 by 13 pan instead of a bunt pan. The only thing to change is the amount of sugar used. a little on the sweet side but yum none the less.
