Marinated, Breaded Lamb Chops with Rosemary and Garlic
This was quite a tasty dish but I think it would have been better fried or grilled as the breadcrumbs did not crisp up in the oven. The flavours were great though.

Spicy Tomato and Lentil Soup
Excellent recipe but needs a lot more water / liquid adding than stated in the recipe. Very very easy to make soup.
