This is my favorite chicken recipe. I use drumsticks and take the skin off. Tonight I left the skin on to save time, and I much prefer the skin removed. I have a 15 month old and a 3 year old and they love this chicken. The first time my daughter tried it she said "mommy can you make this again and again". I usually double or triple the recipe. It would be delicious cold or hot. Great summer meal with salads.

I was very impressed with this stew. So quick and easy. The meat was very tender, no need to brown on the stove. I added a tin of stewed tomatoes and thickened it with corn starch. This will be a regular meal in our home for sure.
