About this Cook
I'm 39 years old and have been married for 22 of those years. I have four teenagers and a six month old grandson. I started baking cakes and cookies when I was 9 years old and cooking entire meals at the age of 11. I was raised in Michigan and moved to Tennessee 6 years ago. The difference in the way people cook between MI and TN really interests me. So I'm looking to learn a lot!
My favorite things to cook
Holiday meals! We go all out with enough food to feed half the city. I love trying new pasta dishes and desserts.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
These are wonderful cookies! I've just taken the last pan out of the oven. Good timing since the rest of them were already gone. My 18 year old son said these are the best sugar cookies he's ever had. I use self rising flour so I left out the baking soda and salt. They were still awesome! Now I have to hide some for the other kids!
