This came at the right time as we were low on groceries but had apples and chicken. I would definitely cut the garlic and black pepper back to half if not a little more. I use 3-4 chicken breasts and 4+ small apples or 3 of the big ones. It's been such a hit I make it on a regular basis now. Thanks!

This is a great recipe. I used frozen pitted peaches and it turns out great. My only suggestion is to make sure you cut your chicken into smaller pieces or filet the thick ones to allow the flavor to be more encompassing.
