Bread Pudding II
This is a very delicious recipe, and very simple. I like to pop it in the oven just after dinner when my in-laws visit so that by the time we're ready for dessert, this lovely creation is piping hot. I like to add a handful of chocolate chips, preferably Ghiardeli dark or semi-sweet. A little goes a long way. Also, once I did not use vanilla because we were out, and it made no difference that we could tell. Now I just skip it.
