This recipe is soooo easy and can be made with either Sugar, brown sugar or Splenda, or Equal (if you add after it has cooled a bit). Followed the recommendations of others re the egg, and added a little cinnamon and nutmeg as well. A keeper, and a family pleaser. Made mine with 1% low fat milk, and it turned out nice and creamy. Oh, I also doubled the raisins, as I love em.
