Country House Fudge
This fudge flopped on me! The sugar crystalized and it was ruined. I followed everything on the directions perfectly, but it just didn't seem to work for me.

Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas
My family ate this on New Years Day 2009 and we really enjoyed it! I used canned chicken broth rather than the cube, and added some cajun spices in place of the cayenne pepper, because I ran out and my store doesn't carry it. Then we put cayenne pepper sauce on top before we ate it. It's wonderful over white rice!
